I am a Transformational Health and Life Coach and can help you build healthy habits that support your wellness in mind, body and soul. Working with me as your coach means together we dig deeper. We explore why you do what you do, break patterns that are not serving you and get you "unstuck".
I have experience working with clients towards stress management, weight loss, sleep health, eating well, energy renewal, exercise, emotional wellness and more. Working with a Health and Life Coach helps you see your life through fresh eyes and build healthy habits that align with how you want to feel every day. Through a holistic approach, I make it easy for you to follow through and also stretch you to achieve your goals. I believe we should shift from "sick care" into "well care" by finding out what our unique body, mind and soul needs to thrive.
I am married to Andrew and together we have two great children.I am originally from the Netherlands and moved to California in 2008. I enjoy yoga, cooking/hosting, spending time with friends and listening to podcasts. I would love to connect with you and tell you more about the coaching process and what working together would look like.
