Trauma, anxiety, and depression
Life transitions and emotional overwhelm
Our goal is to help you regain control, rebuild connection, and feel more stable and supported in your daily life.

Our Approach to Therapy
Our work goes beyond surface-level insight; we focus on real, lasting change.
We use evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CBT, Restoration Therapy, and trauma-informed care to help you understand patterns, process experiences, and build practical tools you can use outside of sessions.
Our therapists are highly trained in sexual addiction (CSAT) and betrayal trauma (CPTT), allowing us to provide structured, specialized care for complex relational and behavioral challenges.
We meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels manageable, while still helping you make meaningful progress.

What Makes Our Practice Different

What We Believe
We believe therapy should feel:

Practical enough to create change outside of sessions
Personalized to your specific situation and goals
Grounded in both empathy and expertise
Free from shame, judgment, or criticism
We believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest, and supported enough to do something different.

Our Story
Oasis Counseling Group was founded by Andrew Last in 2019 after nearly a decade of working in a specialized San Diego practice focused on sexual addiction and betrayal trauma.
Over the years, the practice has grown into a team of highly trained therapists who share a commitment to providing compassionate, specialized care.
Oasis was built to be a place where people can come as they are, without judgment, and receive the level of expertise and support needed to create real, lasting change.
