You struggle with shame, secrecy, or feeling misunderstood
You want accountability but don’t have consistent support
You’ve made progress on your own but feel stuck or disconnected
You want to hear from others who actually understand
You don’t have to do this alone.

What is Group Therapy?
Group therapy is a structured, therapist-led setting where individuals come together to share experiences, learn skills, and support each other in a safe and confidential environment.

It combines professional guidance with real-life connection, helping you make progress both inside and outside of sessions.
How Group Therapy Can Help
Reduce isolation, shame, and secrecy
Build accountability and consistency in your growth
Learn practical skills for coping, communication, and recovery
Gain perspective and support from others with similar experiences
Practice new behaviors in a safe, guided environment
Our goal is to help you feel supported while making meaningful, lasting progress.
