You find yourself stuck in repetitive behaviors or mental loops
You’ve tried to manage it on your own, but it keeps coming back
You don’t have to keep living like this.

What is Anxiety Therapy?
Anxiety therapy is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps you understand how anxiety works and how to change the patterns that keep it going.

It focuses on reducing avoidance, interrupting compulsive behaviors, and building practical tools so anxiety no longer controls your daily life.
How Anxiety Therapy Can Help
Reduce anxiety, panic, and intrusive thoughts
Decrease compulsions, checking, or repetitive behaviors
Improve focus, sleep, and daily functioning
Increase your ability to handle stress and uncertainty
Help you feel more confident, grounded, and in control
Our goal is to help you experience real relief, not just temporary coping.
Our Approach to Anxiety Therapy
We use evidence-based methods specifically designed to treat anxiety, OCD, and related behaviors.

This approach is active, practical, and focused on helping you make measurable progress.
Treatment typically includes:
Comprehensive assessment of anxiety patterns and triggers
CBT and ACT to shift unhelpful thought patterns and build flexibility
ERP (Exposure & Response Prevention) to reduce avoidance and compulsions
HRT and ComB for body-focused repetitive behaviors like hair pulling or skin picking
Mindfulness and distress tolerance skills for emotional regulation
Structured homework and real-life practice to reinforce progress
Relapse-prevention planning and coordination with providers if needed
Who Is This For?
Adults or adolescents experiencing anxiety, panic, or overwhelm
Individuals struggling with OCD or intrusive thoughts
Those dealing with body-focused repetitive behaviors (hair pulling, skin picking)
People avoiding situations or feeling stuck due to anxiety
If anxiety is interfering with your daily life, this is a good place to start.
