What is Depression Therapy?
Depression therapy is a structured, evidence-based approach designed to help you improve mood, increase motivation, and rebuild daily functioning.
It focuses on identifying patterns that keep depression going and helping you take practical steps to create change, even when it feels difficult.
How Anxiety Therapy Can Help
Improve mood, energy, and daily functioning
Increase motivation and ability to follow through on tasks
Reduce negative thought patterns and emotional heaviness
Improve sleep, focus, and overall stability
Help you re-engage in relationships, work, and meaningful activities
Our goal is to help you feel more like yourself again.
Our Approach to Depression Therapy
We use evidence-based approaches that are both practical and effective.
This approach is collaborative, structured, and focused on helping you create real, measurable improvement.
Treatment typically includes:

CBT and ACT to shift unhelpful thinking and build psychological flexibility
Interpersonal therapy to address relationship or life stressors
Skill-building (emotion regulation, sleep, problem-solving)
Structured goal setting, progress tracking, and homework
Coordination with psychiatric providers if medication support is needed
Safety planning and self-care strategies
Who Is This For?
