Trauma-Informed, Safe Care
Support for Clarity & Next Steps
Is this you?
You recently discovered something that shattered your trust
You feel overwhelmed by anxiety, anger, or constant intrusive thoughts
You can’t stop replaying what happened or trying to “make sense” of it
You feel emotionally unstable: one moment numb, the next flooded
You don’t know if you should stay, leave, or what to do next
You don’t have to navigate this alone.

What is Betrayal Trauma Therapy?
Betrayal trauma therapy is specialized, trauma-informed treatment for individuals who have experienced infidelity, deception, or relationship betrayal.
It focuses on helping you stabilize emotionally, process what happened, and rebuild a sense of safety, while also supporting you in making clear, grounded decisions about your relationship and future.
How Anxiety Therapy Can Help
Reduce anxiety, hypervigilance, and intrusive thoughts
Regulate intense emotions like anger, grief, and panic
Rebuild a sense of safety in your body and daily life
Set clear boundaries and make confident decisions
Repair communication and, if desired, begin rebuilding trust
Walk you through the formal disclosure process, in a structured manner, so you can know what happened and make informed decisions.
Our goal is to help you feel stable, clear, and supported… not stuck in survival mode.
