My Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, empathetic and grounded. Through safety and trust, and over a decade of experience, I guide clients to peace and wellness in their lives and relationships.I use approaches like Restoration Therapy, EMDR, Patrick Carnes Task based approach, CBT, Family Systems and Attachment Based Therapy. I help you understand and disrupt the behavioral patterns that have kept you stuck and help you go deeper into the roots of the behavior to resolve the underlying wound.

My style is warm, empathic, and structured. I will help you feel understood and gently guided toward healing. I am down to earth and can be direct and yet kind. Clients feel very comfortable around me because of my steady, calm and experienced demeanor.

He is highly experienced in working with men recovering from sexual addiction and helping couples and individuals find peace and healing in their lives. He is passionate about helping people break the negative cycles they get stuck in and to feel connected and empowered in their daily lives.
