Christian Counseling for Women in San Diego, CA

Helping women find hope, healing, and restoration through faith-informed counseling for anxiety, depression, betrayal trauma, and life transitions.

  • Partners carrying the wounds of betrayal and infidelity

  • Families connected to the military and law enforcement

Areas I Help With

  • Betrayal Trauma and Infidelity

  • Relationship Struggles

  • OCD and Bipolar Disorder

  • Infertility

  • Life Transitions and Career Changes

My Approach to Therapy

Through listening, empathizing, and processing, I draw from a variety of counseling approaches, including Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral techniques.

I am trained in EMDR and betrayal trauma, and I incorporate trauma-informed approaches to support clients in processing their experiences and moving toward healing and restoration.

I have a particular interest in helping individuals navigate the deep emotional wounds that can result from betrayal and infidelity, including the loss of trust, security, and hope that often accompanies these experiences.

What It's Like to Work Together

As a Christian counselor, I believe faith can be an important source of hope, meaning, and strength in the counseling process. For clients who desire it, I incorporate a Christian and biblical perspective into counseling, honoring each client's unique story while exploring how faith can provide comfort, guidance, and hope through difficult circumstances.

I also enjoy working with families connected to the military and law enforcement, and I understand the unique challenges that can come with these roles and lifestyles.
