Porn & Sexual Addiction Therapy for Couples and Individuals in California
Helping men, couples, and families untangle the cycles of addiction, betrayal, and disconnection so they can rebuild trust and find genuine healing.
I help men and couples navigate porn and sexual addiction, betrayal, and relationship repair with direct, structured support that gets beneath the surface conflict. Together, we identify the patterns driving disconnection and take steady steps toward real change and restored connection.

My Approach to Therapy
I most often draw on Restoration Therapy (Level II) and parts work similar to Internal Family Systems (IFS), alongside somatic, trauma-focused, and Gottman Method approaches. My work with addiction is rooted in the intersection of trauma, attachment, and the relational patterns that keep unhealthy cycles going. I also bring decades of personal recovery experience, which informs a direct, honest, and deeply practical style of care.
What It's Like to Work Together
Sessions are supportive, honest, experiential, and practical. We name what's happening, understand the cycle, and take real steps forward. I am warm and compassionate, and also direct: we don't just talk about the problem, we work on it. Clients often describe feeling genuinely understood while also gaining clear tools they can use in their daily lives and relationships.
