My Approach to Therapy
I use restoration therapy and EMDR to identify cycles that feel painfully perpetual so that you can choose a new path toward peace. Our work is goal-oriented and present-focused. We use past experiences to understand what is happening in the here and now so you can make empowered choices.
What It's Like to Work Together
I value creating a safe and authentic environment where we can use your strengths to create the movement you are seeking. We might laugh and we might cry and, together, we will venture into the painful and beautiful parts of your story. My style is direct, but supportive. As healing progresses, clients feel hopeful, more aware of their worth and at peace.
